酒店位置很好，与现代百货一体，吃、购物很方便。酒店新，设计感强、软硬件都不错，下次还会住。

The hotel room was very clean and the bedding was comfortable. Just the view was very disappointing. We had the view of a construction site. Also we had asked for the air purifier and humidifier in the room few days before the check in due to allergies however these requirements were not met. Also it was a bit disappointing that we had to take our car out of the parking lot 30 minutes after check out. Usually there is more time in other hotels.
The staff's response and room condition was good.
Dinner buffet was overvalued. Too expensive and Maine course needed was embarassing

1. In Fitness Club, If you serve a free protein milk(a tiny bottle), much better. -2。There is no facial soap in shower booth 3.

The hotel was not known by taxi driver, I guess it was quite new. There was Hyundai Mall attached to the hotel.

This was my third stay at this hotel and it was just ok. The staff is friendly and took care of our requests. The breakfast was frustrating as we went down and they took our name and room number and asked us to go back to our room and wait for a call. We went back up and literally within 2 minutes of getting to our room we were told to return as our table was ready Really? We sat down and asked aid we would like coffee and we ordered. Coffee came cold, asked for hot and only half full. No water was given and had to ask. No one returned to ask if we wanted another coffee. Overall terrible service for breakfast of 5 th floor.

We had a fantastic time at the Fairmont Ambassador Seoul! Staff were amazing (in particular, Glenn at the Mariposa restaurant), super helpful, and amazing!! Accommodations are top-notch!
